Music For The Masses, originally started out as "PitchWhite Productions" in 2009, when 3 friends got together and decided to play the 'old' music they wanted to hear at parties. The parties took off, with the first 'background set' filling the dance floor, and as they say, 'the rest is history'!!
Sadly, the founding member of "PitchWhite Productions" is no longer with us, however, David Blaylock and Craig Kriek decided to continue with his legacy, and keep his memory alive, by playing the music he loved so much. Between these two men, they share 20+ years of DJ'ing experience.
Music For The Masses hosts Alternative 80's Parties every 2/3 months, at a specified venue, which is situated in Johannesburg. These parties have become exceptionally popular, and are usually jam-packed with fun-loving people, who grew up in the 80's, and love Alternative 80's music.
Because of the popularity of 80's/Alternative 80's music, many people now want this music for their weddings, birthday parties, and other private functions. Therefore, David and Craig have now decided to make themselves available to DJ for these special occasions. Music For The Masses, has it's own sound equipment, lights, and smoke machine, which are available for hire with the DJ's.
Music For The Masses also has access to a venue, with a fully stocked bar and catering facilities, to meet all your requirements.
